Our Process

1. Preconstruction: 

We work with your designer and architect to go over every detail of your drawings and learn about your design intent.  We create a scope of work for each trade and begin receiving quotations from our database of over 2000 trades and suppliers, to help create your preliminary budget, as we continue to dive into your project to look at every possible avenue for value engineering.  Once all design parameters and material selections are finalized with you and your designers, we finalize the construction budget for approval and devise the schedule in anticipation of a start date, as well as key dates for arrival of materials to site.  We can also assist with building permits, zoning approvals, committe of adjusment process and generally everything to prepare the right documents for your start date.

2. Construction:

We assign a project team (project manager, site supervisor, coordinator) to your project.  The roles and responsibilities of all parties are clearly defined for daily tasks during each stage of construction.  We gather every week to review details of the work performed as well as the work scheduled for upcoming week to iron out deficiencies and potential hurdles as we continually update the schedule. 

We will provide monthly billing packages that show all monthly expenditures & receipts as well as a spreadsheet showing where we are against the budget.  All approved changes to original budget will be recorded and tracked on our Change Order form and our project-specific management system helps us stay organized and guide our clients towards their goal throughout the building schedule. 

3. Post Construction:

Upon completion we will present you with a home ownership binder with all relevant information and documentations on how to operate all systems installed in your home, as well as contact information for all parties involved in the completed work.  We will alsoprovide a service & maintenance package to ensure you are not left  alone should your new investment need any seasonal service.
